• How many characters can I use for my personalization?
    • We can print whatever you tell us to where it is legally permissible and physically possible. However, please use the label and tag previewer to get an idea of how your information will turn out.
    • We recommend a maximum of 15 letters across the tags or labels. The more characters you use, the smaller the letter will be in order to fit in the available space.

  • Can I have Chinese Characters on my Tags & Labels?

  • Can I put a label order of more than one name?
    • Unfortunately, our policy is for 1 (one) name per label order.
    • Should you require more than 1 (one) name per label order, we would advise you to put in additional orders.

  • The products I'm ordering will not allow me to fit my child's full name and Chinese name on the labels. What can I do?
    • Our Fun-Tags are credit cards sized and would accommodate most name requirements
    • Other products like Medium and Small Tags, Fun & Mini Labels, Fun & Mini Iron-On have limited space for long names. We recommend that you manage the names around 15 letters to achieve a readable tag or label from a distance.
    • Alternatively, we can still help you fit your requirement onto the tags or labels, however, more characters means, smaller fonts, which may defeat the purpose of the tags and labels. Kindly send in your request to CustomerService@fun-printz.com and we'll respond to you on how the card may look like.

  • How long will it take to get my tags & labels shipped to me and what is the shipping cost?
    • Fun-Printz commits to have all products except Value Packs ready & sent for delivery within 5 working days of a successful order. Successful Value Packs order will be ready & sent for delivery within 7 working days. Our default delivery is via POS Express.
      • Standard delivery , please allow additional 3 to 5 business days
      • Express delivery , please allow additional 1-2 business days
    • The shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered. There are several sizes of POS Express packages and weights. We will always ensure to fit you in the most affordable option, without compromising the product's shape & sizes. Where the most affordable option does not fit, we will move to the next available option.

  • Can I change my order?
    • Because of our commitment for quick turnaround time, all changes must be submitted within 24 hours of the time your order was placed.
    • Our customer service department is available daily from 10am - 6pm.
    • If we are unavailable please leave a message and we will confirm that your request has been received the following business day.

  • Can I choose multiple symbols for my labels?
    • Only 1 symbol selection per package.
    • All other Fun & Mini Labels does not have any option for symbols.

  • How to make payment?
    • As soon as your order is submitted, kindly arrange payment to be banked in or transferred to Fun-Printz's bank account stated above.
    • Be sure to email us the proof of transaction to CustomerService@fun-printz.com.
    • Once your order is accepted and paid for, we will dispatch the order accordingly

  • Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
    • Your delivery will be accompanied by your official receipt.

  • Are your Iron-on Labels removable once my child outgrows their clothes?
    • Our Iron-on Clothing Labels are designed to be permanent once affixed correctly. Alternatively, you can always stick a new label right on top if the item is being handed down.

  • Are your Fun & Mini Labels removable once my child outgrows their sippy cups?
    • Our Fun and Mini labels are designed with a sticky adhesive but you can peel them up if needed, but it might leave some residue behind.

  • My Iron-on labels are coming off, what is happening?
    • Be sure to follow our recommended steps. Please refer to our iron-on instructions.

  • Will I get an e-mail notification on my delivery dispatched?
    • Yes, when we dispatch your order, you will get an email notification from us.

  • I have had an e-mail confirming my order has been dispatched, but I still haven't received it. How long should it take?
    • All orders to an address are sent via POS Express (unless you have specially requested and paid for special delivery). The delivery should be with you in 3 - 5 days. We have indicated your POS Laju dispatch reference number in that email. Please do contact POS Laju with the reference number provided to trace your shipment. Please contact us if you are concerned.

  • I haven't received an e-mail confirmation, how can I track my order?
    • If you haven't received any e-mail confirmation on the dispatch of your order, please check if you have your order confirmation email from us. If the answer is No, then your order would not have been fully completed and come through to us. The most common cause is being timed out of the final payment page. Please contact us, we sometimes have some of the details you entered and can take a card payment over the phone.
    • If you have received your order confirmation email from us but have yet to receive any e-mail confirmation on the dispatch of your order after 5 workdays, please do contact our Customer Service : 012-233 9008.

  • I'm from another country, how do I Order from you and get them shipped to me?
    • We are based in Malaysia and our government prohibits us by law to ship to certain countries like Israel & North Korea.
    • If you are not from any of the mentioned countries above, please proceed to place your orders accordingly. Please ensure that you accurately identify your mailing address and postal code. Once we receive your orders, we will check the best means of postal and advice you on the courier company and the rates via email.
    • Once you are agreeable to the costs, you can proceed to pay. Once payment is received we will proceed with your order & dispatch them to you within 5 work days.
    • We only receive payments in Ringgit Malaysia.
